Frozen food that retains its flavor

Using our unique freezing method, we create truly delicious frozen food.

Our hope is to introduce truly delicious frozen food to as many people as possible.

By using liquid freezing, we developed a method of freezing cooked food that retains more of the goodness of the ingredients and the original flavor of the cuisine.
We provide delicious ingredients and dishes that were difficult to freeze until now.

We not only produce frozen food, for consistency we manage everything from the techniques for freezing and equipment development to the defrosting method, in-house.

For safety and peace of mind, we provide delicious frozen food in our own central kitchen rather than through OEM and contract manufacturing. Besides producing food we are also working on the development of technology and equipment related to freezing and the retention of the delicious flavors during the entire process of freezing and defrosting.

Food development

We are making efforts to combine a variety of techniques with liquid freezing to provide an even greater selection of delicious cuisine. (Several patent applications pending)

To provide safety and peace of mind we produce the food not by using OEM or contract manufacturing, but in our central kitchen in conformity with the HACCP standrad. In addition we are aiming to develop original frozen ingredients, like "Desalt cooking", which our new freezing technology makes possible.

    We are using a liquid freezing method, which prevents cell rupture caused by the expansion of water molecules, so that no dripping occurs when defrosting.

    For people with high blood pressure or under dialysis treatment, the trend is toward reduced or salt free food. Freeze Food Development is promoting cooking methods that produce healthy low salt cuisine that still has a full flavor.

    Liquid cooled freezing is the freezing of sealed food in a coolant so that it can be defrosted without losing its “flavor” and nutrition.

Our liquid freezing method retains the “flavor” of the various ingredients making it possible to freeze foods not frozen until now. We work, in-house, on developing our equipment and constantly improving the process from freezing to defrosting.
